I discovered this 3 ingredient pancake recipe a few years ago, and its perfect for an easy Saturday Morning breakfast.

All you need is a banana, an egg and some cinnamon.

Mash the banana with a fork, and then whisk together with your egg and a dash or so of cinnamon. This will make about 2 pancakes so you might want to double the recipe for more pancakes.

Heat on medium heat about 3-4 minutes. Make sure to spray your pan with cooking spray or grease it with butter. These pancakes are a little flimsier than a regular pancake so keep an eye on it until it is ready to flip.

McKenna likes to eat hers with blueberry syrup and strawberries.

I like mine with some almond butter and strawberries.
Enjoy!
