First Kids Halloween Fun

As with all celebrations in 2020, Halloween had to be a little bit different this year for kids. Large gatherings and Trick or Treating couldn’t happen, but we wanted to make sure our First Kids had an opportunity to have some Halloween fun so we celebrated with a Zoom Halloween Party for two different age groups. On Wednesday in place of our regular Club Paradise call we had a Zoom party for 4th-6th graders, and on Friday night we hosted a Zoom party for K-4th graders.

Each child that RSVP’d got a bag of goodies delivered to their doorstep, it was filled with candy for the kids to eat during the party and instructions for some of the games we played. For the K-4th grade party each child was given a joke to tell to all the kids during the party. Some of the best jokes were: Why are skeletons so calm? Because nothing gets under their skin.

Where do ghosts go on vacation? The Boohamas.

What’s a ghost’s favorite dessert? I-Scream!

Kids came in costume, we had everything from Zombie Cheerleaders, to Harry Potter, to a wolf and Pirates. A dog even appeared on the screen in costume.

Even though Halloween was a little different this year for our kids, fun was had by all and they got plenty of candy.
