You may have heard that Banana Bread has been a popular item for many to bake during Shelter in Place. I love Banana Bread and have had my eye on this super clean Banana Bread recipe, so my daughter and I decided to give it a try.
The recipe calls for cocoa powder which we were out of, so we added chocolate chips instead. And instead of using oat flower we used 1.5 cups of almond flour and a tablespoon of coconut flour. Which was suggested as an alternative to oat flour.
It turned out a little bit gooier (and not as aesthetically pleasing) than traditional Banana Bread, but it was still delicious. You can find the recipe here . If you'd like to try it.
